All sales are final

Because Live Video is downloadable software with an immediately issued activation key, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel Pro Monthly at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not create a refund for charges already paid, and your Pro access remains available through the end of the paid billing period.
